12” long and 6.5” wide at the bottom. Two smaller slots and one bigger pocket. Stitched with nylon thread and riveted in key stress points.
Strap length total (including the pouch) is approximately 58"-60”. Allowing for a waist/hip measurement of approximately 53"-55"”.
